Job summary

ProGuard Security Services in California is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time grave shift at a business park. You will monitor access points, patrol the property, and respond to incidents to maintain a safe, secure environment for employees and visitors.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior security experience. You should have basic computer skills, comfort with wireless communications, and the ability to climb stairs and stay on patrol for long

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the facility using access control systems and verify identification of individuals entering the premises.
• Conduct routine patrols of the property, including climbing stairs and inspecting all areas to detect and deter suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Operate wireless communication devices and radios to maintain constant contact with security team members and report incidents promptly.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, providing assistance and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations to ensure accurate record-keeping and accountability.
