Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking hardworking, motivated individuals to join our security team across multiple sites in Wisconsin. This weekend and weekday schedule includes hours in Spencer and Medford, with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include monitoring premises, checking doors and gates, responding to incidents, and recording daily activity. Evening and night shifts require reliable, on-time performance and adherence to dress codes at one site.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must possess integrity, communication, excellent service, and accountability.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Log daily problems and report to on-call supervisor or maintenance.
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
• Do hourly tours, record temperatures, and complete daily log.
• Be ON TIME and reliable.
• Adhere to dress code at the food factory site.
• Monitor cameras diligently.

The company provides full‑service security solutions for homes and businesses, including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services, and background checks.

Job Skills / Requirements

This job consists of coverage for three sites.

A weekend position located in Spencer WI, and two sites in Medford, WI. MUST be able to work the exact hours listed below!

• Weekend position in Spencer, WI:
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Hours:
• Saturdays 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Sunday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Weekday positions in Medford, WI:
• Location 1:
• Pay: $18.00
• Hours:
• Monday and Tuesday: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Pay: $18.00
• Total hours per week: 38 - Full Time
• Candidate may be able to pick up hours if needed being cross trained at other client sites in the area as backup if able to do so.

Holidays are required- Time and a half pay on Holidays worked.

Responsibilities

• Report any facility issues to on call supervisor or maintenance and log each problem in the daily log.

• Do hourly tours around facility, record temperatures, fill out daily log accurately as required by the client.
• Be ON TIME and reliable.
• In one site, you will be in a food factory and MUST adhere to proper dress code while on tours.
• Monitor cameras diligently.
