Job summary

Allied Universal in Clear Lake, TX is hiring Security Guards to protect clients across Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. The role is full-time with pay of $16.74 per hour, with DailyPay or weekly pay options.

You will provide customer service, enforce safety policies, respond to incidents, and conduct patrols around client sites. Minimum requirements include 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a HS diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, and background/drug checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must be 18+ (unarmed) or 21+ (armed).
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce safety procedures.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols around the site and perimeter.
