Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Full-Time School Registered Nurse (RN) in Providence, RI to provide healthcare services to K-12 students. You will work on-site, administering medications and implementing health care plans as directed by each student’s health management plan.

The role requires RI RN licensure with SNT certification, CPR/First Aid/BLS, and at least 1 year of school-based nursing experience. Travel by bus with students may be required as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• RI Registered Nurse License/School Nurse Teacher (SNT) Certificate required.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• 1 year or more experience in a school setting.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and BLS certification.

• Experience with medically fragile student, G-tube, seizure, rescue Meds for Asthma and Seizures, and bus riding with the student.
• Must be comfortable bus riding with students to and from school.
• Implements specialized health care protocols as directed by the health management plan.

• Assist in implementing health care plans for students with chronic conditions.
