Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide FMLA coverage for the 2026–2027 school year in Maple Park, IL. This onsite role serves students in an elementary and a high school within the same district, offering a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities include evaluations, documentation, progress monitoring, and collaboration with teachers and families. Must hold an Illinois IDFPR OT license; school-based experience is preferred. Compensation is $45–$53 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois IDFPR Occupational Therapist license required.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in K–12.
• Complete evaluations, documentation, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families.
