Job summary

Faribault School District is hiring an LPN or RN to serve as the health services expert for Jefferson Elementary School. The role runs full-time at 7.75 hours per day, 5 days a week, ensuring care for students with health needs across district offices.

The ideal candidate will have LPN/RN licensure with CPR/First Aid, be organized, great with communication, and comfortable with computer systems used in student health records.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN with CPR and First Aid Training strongly preferred
• Must be well-organized and willing to work as a team
• Comfortable with using the computer
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• On-site health office experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Distribute student medications daily per policies
• Maintain student health records and data
• Communicate with parents, teachers, specialists, principals, and health service coordinator
• Refer students to outside providers and assist with screenings and disease prevention
