Qualifications

• Prior janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly by performing heavy cleaning duties such as floor care, cleaning walls and glass, and rubbish removal.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and returns them to proper placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with appropriate materials and sanitizes surfaces.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture and baseboards to maintain a clean environment.
• Performs tasks per supervisor instructions and adheres to safety guidelines.
