Job summary

The Oregon Community Unit School District is seeking a full-time custodian for Oregon Junior - Senior High School. The position runs 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, eight hours per day, with immediate start. Wage is $17.40 per hour, replacement role, based on the district contract.

A criminal background check is required and duties focus on maintaining a safe, clean learning environment. Experience with custodial tasks and ability to work with students and staff in a positive manner is essential.

Qualifications

• Evidence of physical fitness and freedom from communicable disease.
• Successful completion of criminal background check (pursuant to applicable provisions of Illinois School Code).
• Able to attend work regularly and punctually and complete duties in a timely manner.
