Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work with chemical cleaning products.
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions.
• Physical requirements: climb ladders; lift up to 50 pounds unassisted; walk a minimum of 8 hours continuously; kneel, squat, climb stairs; push and pull a minimum of 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean the school building and grounds as assigned.
• Maintain building and grounds including snow removal and grass cutting as required.
• Respond to building needs, secure the assigned building as needed, and make minor repairs.
