Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items per standardized recipes to meet service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions and temperatures.
• Follows established ticket procedures and records during service.
• Cleans kitchen after service and maintains hygiene standards.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance needs and faulty equipment to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers.
• Performs duties safely in a clean, safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Follows HACCP standards in presentation and serving temperatures.
