Job summary

BlueCloud Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-year role in Ridgway, PA. You will deliver speech and language therapy, conduct assessments, and collaborate with educators to support student growth and communication success.

In a multidisciplinary setting, you will attend IEP meetings, develop individualized therapy plans, deliver small-group and one-on-one sessions, and monitor progress to adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Pennsylvania SLP license and PDE certification.
• School-based therapy experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language and articulation assessments.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and strategies.
• Deliver small-group and one-on-one therapy sessions.
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with classroom teachers and specialists.
