Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide on-site full-time speech-language services to PreK–8 students during the academic year, collaborating with teachers and families to support student growth. The role requires licensure and CCC-SLP, an Arizona Educator Certificate, and IVP fingerprint clearance.

You will evaluate and treat disorders, develop therapy plans, and participate in IEPs, with a focus on inclusive education.

Qualifications

Current Arizona SLP License is required.
CCC-SLP certification required.
Arizona Educator Certificate required.
IVP Fingerprint Card required.
Experience or interest in PreK–8th grade learners.
Strong communication and collaboration with families and staff.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
Document progress and communicate regularly with teachers and families.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Adapt interventions to suit diverse learning needs within an inclusive environment.
Maintain accurate records and uphold student confidentiality.
Engage actively in school events and ongoing professional development.
