Job summary

Soliant Health in Hershey, PA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time, school-based contract. You will evaluate and treat K-12 students, coordinate with IEPs, and provide evidence-based therapy across language, articulation, fluency, and social communication.

This role covers maternity-leave coverage with potential transition to early intervention caseload later in the year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid CCC credentials and current state licensure.
• Experience serving K-12 student populations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Adaptability to work across varied grade levels and caseloads.
• Passion for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based therapy to K-12 students.
• Address language, articulation, fluency, and social pragmatics needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with staff and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and parent conferences.
• Transition to an early intervention caseload after leave coverage.
