Job summary

TouchPoint is hiring for a full-time Utility Support Services position in Milwaukee, WI. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm at Ascension Wauwatosa Mayfair Clinic. Prior sanitation and utility experience is required.

The role offers a fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour and online applications are accepted only. As part of TouchPoint, you will support hospital guests and staff, ensuring sanitary kitchen and facility areas while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Previous sanitation and utility experience required.
• Able to work the early morning shift.
• Basic customer service skills and a team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen and common areas per standards.
• Plan cleaning and work schedules.
• Report equipment deficiencies to supervisor.
• Transport trash to disposal area.
• Restock and inventory supplies.
• Assist with food prep when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, corridors.
