5.11, Inc. in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Shift Lead) to partner with the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience and lead a high-energy sales floor.

You’ll model excellence, coach teammates, and ensure store standards are met in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support merchandising, maintain visual standards, and help the team grow through coaching and proactive problem solving.

The Sales Supervisor, (known in our stores as a Shift Lead), works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high-energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Pay Range: $14.60-$17.00 per hour
