What You’ll Be Doing

Inspire that Famous Feeling: foster a culture of caring and camaraderie; coach selling behaviors behind our Customer Connection.

Ace Retail Operations: know the store operations inside out; manage opening/closing, cleanliness, organization, and making styles easily shoppable.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

High School Diploma/GED.
Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
Some retail store management or relevant management experience.
Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements And Environment

Regularly lift up to 40 lbs; frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
Team player with energy and enthusiasm to encourage others; manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
