Job summary

Menards is hiring Sales Team Members to enhance the customer experience in our Illinois stores. You will greet customers, assist them in finding products, and ensure the aisles are well-stocked and merchandised. A friendly attitude and strong communication help drive sales and store satisfaction.

Qualifications
