Menards is seeking a Sales Team Member to join our in-store team in a full-time role in Wisconsin. You will greet customers, help them find products for their projects, and keep shelves merchandised and ready for shoppers. This position emphasizes excellent Customer Experience and teamwork in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or cash register environments preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and assist with product selection.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail setting.
