Job summary

Menards Inc. is hiring a Sales Team Member in Minnesota. You will greet customers, help them locate products, and ensure the store is well-merchandised and welcoming.

This full-time role offers a strong bonus of on-site customer service and opportunities to grow within a growing company. Expect competitive pay, an extra $3 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays, and benefits including store discounts, medical and dental plans, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Able to greet customers and assist with finding products.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and greeting customers throughout the store and assisting with product selection.
