Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Hawaii in Aiea, HI is hiring a Route Driver to manage a delivery route on Oahu. The role pays $20-$24/hour, is full-time day shift, Monday–Friday with weekends as needed, and offers benefits like 401(k) with profit sharing and health insurance.You will deliver products, load/unload, operate vehicles safely, maintain equipment, complete paperwork, and build long-term customer relationships while following DOT and company safety rules.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Current DOT/PUC Medical Clearance is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using handheld devices and technology.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver products throughout the day.
• Ability to pass a drug screening, physical evaluation, and background check.
• Ability to obtain access to military facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and service to an established customer base.
• Load and unload products throughout your route.
• Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic preventative maintenance at customer locations.
• Complete route paperwork and delivery documentation accurately.
• Promote new products, programs, and sales initiatives.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Follow all company, DOT, and safety requirements.
