Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. We are a leading hospitality company, committed to an inclusive, employee-focused workplace and to developing teammates within a culture of hospitality and respect.

As a Room Attendant you will clean rooms and public areas to company standards, ensure linens and supplies are stocked, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation, and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report items using hotel's lost and found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
