Job summary

Southtowns Care Center in Erie County, New York, is actively looking to hire clinically superb RN Supervisors for the 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am shifts. The RN Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day clinical activities of health care personnel, such as LPNs and CNAs.

The RN Supervisor must be able to interpret patient information and make critical decisions about necessary actions, as well as administer medication, wound care and other personalized interventions.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
• 3 years RN experience preferred.
• Current BLS certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical activities of health care personnel (LPNs, CNAs).
• Interpret patient information and make critical care decisions.
• Administer medications, wound care and personalized interventions.
• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
• Maintain infection control standards and regulatory readiness.
• Document patient conditions and participate in care planning.
