Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care during day shifts. You will assess, plan, implement nursing care and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an active RN license in Texas, have up-to-date BLS (ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable), and at least 1 year of RN experience for PRN status.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Texas RN license required; BLS, ACLS, PALS and NR competency as applicable.
• 1 year RN experience for PRN status; acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, direct clinical patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement and coordinate nursing care per shift.
• Supervise staff and support CNO to ensure safe, high-quality care.
