Job summary

Sanford Health in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation in the Aberdeen Clinic. You will coordinate care, provide patient education, triage, and work with physicians and other professionals to plan and evaluate care, while adhering to state nursing rules and standards.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure; a Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the state where practiced.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care, patient assessment and triage.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Comply with state nursing practice acts, standards and ethics.
