Evergreen Woods, a premier senior living community, seeks a Full-time MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse to oversee documentation standards and MDS processes. You will ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, optimize reimbursement, and maintain accurate diagnoses and records throughout resident stays.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, monitor documentation quality, and drive timely submissions and certifications, supporting exceptional resident care and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Current state RN licensure in good standing.
• Experience with MDS and reimbursement processes.
• Familiarity with diagnosis coding and medical records regulations.

Responsibilities
