Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time role at ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center.

You will care for medically complex patients in a specialized LTAC setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, administering medications, educating patients and families, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
