Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Clinical Manager in Minnesota to lead a unit and support residents and families. You will supervise a care team, coordinate admissions, care plans and discharges, and ensure plans are updated with the therapy team as needed.

The role requires RN licensure, one year of long-term care or health care experience, strong leadership, and clear English communication in a supportive, non-profit environment with competitive benefits.
