Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse in Mesa, United States, to provide assessments and interventions, monitor patient progress, and ensure accurate documentation and discharge planning. You will educate patients and perform medications and basic IV tasks as per protocol.

The role requires an active RN license (AZ or Compact), PSV from NCSBN, N95 fit testing, and at least one year of hands-on experience in a clinical setting.

Formación

• Active RN license (AZ or Compact State)
• PSV from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing
• N95 respirator fit testing completed
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in this position

Responsabilidades

• Provides assessments and implements nursing interventions.
• Monitors patient progress and evaluates outcomes.
• Completes and processes all required documentation, including care plans and discharge planning, clearly and comprehensively.
• Provides health-related education to patients as appropriate.
• Administers medication and addresses pharmacological needs per protocol, including basic IV and phlebotomy as required.
• Participates in orientation and training of new staff, contract personnel, students, and others as needed.
