Summary

Full‑time Retail Supervisor at our company. Responsible for managing and motivating associates, increasing sales, and merchandising within assigned territories while meeting client and customer standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
• Build and maintain client and trade relationships, including appointment scheduling.
• Monitor and regulate expenses and ensure budget compliance.
• Provide accurate and timely communication, administrative reporting, and coaching to direct reports.
• Schedule call coverage, review reports, and authorize items to meet client shelf schematic standards.
• Drive up to 30% of the time and travel as required to retail locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple duties with competing deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
