Job summary

Our Company is seeking a competitive and ambitious Full-Time Retail Supervisor to lead a team of store associates, conduct audits, and drive retail projects. You will motivate staff, increase sales, and ensure client standards are met through effective merchandising and coaching.

Work closely with Business Development Managers and Retail Managers to achieve objectives, keep products stocked and properly signed, manage appointments, and monitor expenses to align with budgets.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree Preferred.
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately complete multiple duties with frequent changes and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Maintain Client objectives by ensuring product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
