Prime Communications, LP is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant for our AT&T retail location in Kenai, Alaska. You will help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology and services that fit their needs and lifestyle.

The role offers base pay plus commission with earnings potential of $40,000 to $50,000+ per year, plus ramp-up bonuses, training, and benefits. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
