Job summary

UNIQLO USA is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate to collaboratively exceed customer expectations by listening, matching products, and closing sales. You will provide in-depth product information and support a positive store experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help maintain visual standards, assist with fitting rooms and cashier duties, and participate in store projects while delivering strong customer service daily.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to calculate discounts and percentages accurately.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to move around sales floor and stockroom with bending and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards.
• Pro-actively assist customers with the UNIQLO service standard.
• Assist fitting rooms and cashier as needed.
• Process shipments and ensure floor representation.
