Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking dedicated full-time Sales Associates to join our team in Dover, DE. You will support store management with daily operations, provide excellent customer service, drive sales, merchandising, and handle other assigned duties in a professional, courteous, and reliable manner.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work 35–40 hours weekly. Previous retail experience is preferred; a high school diploma is desirable.
