Lend Nation is a leading retail financial services brand under QC Holdings, Inc. (LendNation). We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Hueytown team, delivering friendly service and handling simple transactions in a retail setting.

The role supports branch operations at 1913 26th Ave, STE B, Hueytown, AL 35023, with rotating shifts and some Saturdays. Strong values of integrity, teamwork and customer focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment preferred.
• Safe, secure transportation and valid drivers license with auto insurance.
• Reliable attendance is essential.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Complete cash transactions for customers.
• Initiate customer loans.
• Work rotating shifts and some Saturdays; Sundays off.
