Job summary

ALDI in Springfield, OH is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise, stock shelves, cashier, and clean to keep the store looking its best. You will enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with wage increases in Year 2–Year 5; full-time position averaging 30+ hours per week. Flexibility and reliability essential to meet availability requirements and team goals.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, and computers.
• Interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products per merchandising plan and ensure shelves are neat.
• Cashier duties and proper handling of POS transactions.
• Assist curbside pickup and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Maintain clean, organized aisles and support loss prevention goals.
• Support store management to achieve operational efficiency.
