Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring for a Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean and inviting. You’ll work with the ALDI team to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time with 30+ hours weekly and starts at $19.00 per hour, with scheduled increases to $19.50, $20.00, and $21.00 over the next years. Benefits are available to eligible employees, including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices.
• Follow ALDI policies and procedures; maintain accuracy in transactions and merchandising.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, and maintain neat shelves per planograms.
• Cashier duties and processing customer purchases using the POS system.
• Open additional check lanes as needed to ensure efficient checkout.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers' vehicles.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety in accordance with company standards.
• Support management in achieving loss-prevention and operational efficiency goals.
