Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Team Member Sales for a full-time role at Store #21 Arkansas, 1100 West Arkansas Lane, Arlington, Texas. The position offers an hourly rate of $14.82 and a 40-hour work week with days and hours varying; two days off per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a work or educational setting interacting with the public or team.
• Proficient in basic math, able to read/write, and operate computerized equipment (POS).
• Able to meet quotas and make pricing decisions based on product quality.
• Clear communication with customers and associates.

Responsabilités

• Manage POS system and credit card terminal accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers promptly.
• Assist customers on sales floor to find merchandise.
• Maintain hangers and textiles, restock depleted merchandise.
• Keep sales floor clean and appearance orderly; open 7 days a week (8 AM–7 PM) schedule.
