Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is hiring a Full-Time Housekeeper in Chattanooga, TN. You will help maintain a comfortable, welcoming home for residents and build genuine connections with residents, guests, and team members.

Responsibilities include cleaning apartments and community spaces, deep cleaning after move-outs, preparing model units, and keeping common areas tidy. Strong customer service and the ability to follow safety guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping in a hospitality, commercial or residential setting preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences. Adjust apartment cleaning to meet individual needs and expectations.
• Clean residents' apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule. Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchens and bathrooms, linens, trash, seasonal tasks.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments after residents move out and care for vacant apartments to prepare for new residents.
• Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites by vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, washing linens and restocking supplies.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas; use approved cleaning products; follow PPE safety guidelines; wash linens timely.
