Job summary

Red Hawk Golf and Resort in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a Full-Time Dishwasher to join the kitchen team. Compensation is $16.00 per hour with training provided for applicants with no prior experience.

The role includes cleaning, sanitizing, stocking dishes, pots and flatware, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness from service through close. Regular attendance is required and safety practices must be observed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.
