Job summary

Seacoast Mental Health Center invites applications for a full-time Residential Counselor at our Greenland, NH group home. You will provide support, skill teaching, supervision, and community integration to adults with mental illness in a non-clinical, supportive setting.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field and at least 1 year of experience working with persons with mental illness. SMHC offers PTO, health/dental plans, and a retirement match.

This role works closely with residents without the requirement of clinical care, which offers a rewarding but not daunting environment. It is a very safeenvironment with incredible staff support.

A qualified candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, or related field, plus one year of experience working with persons with mental illness.
