Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation to residents as scheduled.
• Assist residents on and off vehicle to ensure safety.
• Maintain daily vehicle inspections and cleanliness.
• Keep mileage logs and trip records; report incidents.
• Follow safety procedures for securing equipment and passengers.
• Identify transportation issues to supervisors and directors.
• Observe sanitation and infection control procedures.
