Job summary

Eden Senior Care, LLC, Wolverton Glen in Ripon, WI, seeks a full-time Resident Assistant (RA) to work PM and NOC shifts. Starting wages are up to $16 per hour with $1 weekday and $1.50 weekend differentials.

Candidates not yet certified are encouraged to apply; we provide access to certification courses to advance careers. Responsibilities include ADLs, med-passes, documentation, safety checks, dining/activities support, and resident rounds.

Qualifications

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Medication assistance and monitoring.
• Accurate documentation and reporting.
• Friendly, tactful communication with residents and family members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and daily routines.
• Provide med-passes and monitor supplies.
• Document care and observe changes in condition.
• Conduct resident checks and safety monitoring.
• Support dining and activity programs and assist with mobility.
