Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team serving Ashland and Wayland, MA. You will deliver one-on-one speech therapy to older adults in their homes, helping improve communication and swallowing functions while promoting independence.

As a clinician-led private practice, we offer scheduling flexibility, ongoing education, and opportunities for professional growth. MA licensure, CPR, and computer literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or eligible to apply in MA.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one speech therapy in home settings for older adults.
• Support functional communication and swallowing goals in daily activities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

What you’ll need:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited speech language pathologist therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification
