Job summary

Care Options for Kids seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for home-based services, delivering individualized pediatric therapy with a focus on quality care and manageable caseloads.

You'll collaborate with families and care teams, using efficient point-of-care documentation tools, and you'll benefit from a supportive environment, flexible scheduling, sign-on bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. This role requires CCC-SLP, state licensure, and strong transportation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be eligible for CCC-SLP, or hold CCC-SLP certification.
• Valid state licensure as an SLP is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech therapy in home-based settings.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to deliver individualized care.
• Utilize efficient, point-of-care documentation tools to document progress.
• Travel within a condensed geographic zone to support caseload.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Pediatric Home Health

Pay: $114,400 - $169,000/year

Immediate caseload available. We have an established client base with a full caseload ready for the right candidate, so you can start making an impact immediately without waiting to build your schedule.

Sign-On Bonus Opportunity! Eligible candidates may qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be shared early in the interview process.
