Job summary

Imagen Technologies is seeking fellowship-trained neuroradiologists to join a fully remote team with a flexible schedule. Read CT/MR brain, spine, and head/neck studies, deliver timely reports, and leverage AI-enabled tools in a high-volume practice across a large health system.

The position offers base salary plus productivity bonuses, malpractice insurance, and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants should be ABR/AOBR board eligible or certified; ER/neuroradiology fellowship is preferred

Qualifications

• ABR or AOBR board certification or eligibility is required/considered.
• Ability to read specified CT/MR studies and perfusion analysis.
• Fellowship in ER or neuroradiology is preferred but not required.
• Comfort with Level 1 trauma, XR/CT/US/MR in ER scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Interpret a high volume of neuroradiology studies, including MRI and CT of brain, spine, and head/neck
• Provide accurate, timely, and clinically actionable reports to support patient care across a large health system
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and advanced workflow technology to enhance productivity and accuracy
• Participate in quality assurance and peer review initiatives to support continuous clinical improvement

About The Position

• Full-time, remote position
• 7 on / 14 off - 11pm - 7am EST

Duties And Responsibilities

• Interpret a high volume of neuroradiology studies, including MRI and CT of the brain, spine, and head and neck
• Provide accurate, timely, and clinically actionable reports to support patient care across a large health system
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and advanced workflow technology to enhance productivity and accuracy
• Participate in quality assurance and peer review initiatives to support continuous clinical improvement

• Must be able to read CT Head W/O Contrast, MR Brain W/O Contrast, CT/MR Angiography Head, CT/MR Angiography Neck, and CT Cerebral Perfusion Analysis W/ Contrast
• ER or Neuroradiology fellowship is desired but not required
• Comfortable with Level 1 trauma requirements and standard ER case mix (including XR/CT/US/MR)
