Responsibilities

• Execute doctor’s orders and administer medications as prescribed.
• Record patient symptoms, treatments, and observations accurately.
• Prepare monthly schedules and maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Promote patient independence and evaluate nursing care effectiveness.
