Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team, delivering quality patient care and evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessments.

You will develop and revise care plans based on patient condition changes, provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with laws and standards.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree).
• Active RN license in applicable state.
• CPR certification (obtain during orientation if not current).
• Preferred: 1+ year skilled nursing experience.
