Matrix Providers Inc. is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a team serving military service members and families at a joint base location.

The role is full-time and on-site, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, and 401(k). Qualifications

• Must possess an associate or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene accredited by CODA/ADA.
• Minimum 12 months of specialized full-time clinical RDH experience within the last 36 months.
• Proficiency in oral prophylaxis, periodontal exams, health education, treatment planning for plaque control, topical fluoride application, and desensitizing agents.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oral health and dental hygiene treatment to diverse patient groups including DTF beneficiaries.
• Complete examinations, document diagnoses and treatment plans with clinic staff.
• Perform prophylaxis, SRP, polishing and sealant applications as needed.
• Administer topical anesthetics and, where licensed, local anesthesia per clinical privileges.
• Maintain accurate medical/dental records per clinic procedures.
• Contribute to preventive dentistry program data and reports.
