Job summary

ABLE Kids in Savannah, GA is seeking a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA therapy team. You will work one-on-one with children ages 2–6 to help develop communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

No RBT certification or ABA experience? We provide hands-on training and cover the cost of becoming certified, with a clear path for growth in a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Background check and CPR certification required.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete company-sponsored training program.

Responsibilities

• Teaching communication, play, social, and daily living skills.
• Encouraging independence and confidence.
• Following individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collecting data to monitor each child's progress.
• Collaborating with families and your clinical team.
• Creating a positive, engaging learning environment.
