Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Aurora, CO is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.

Starting shifts are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; compensation varies by education level (HS: $20.25–$24, BA: $21–$25.50, MS: $21–$28) and includes full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degrees preferred for specific pay bands.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
